"Way Easier Than I Expected"
I had a problem with my internet bill, so I contacted Rogers support expecting the usual back-and-forth. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and the agent fixed it without making me explain the same thing over and over. Compared to other support chats I’ve dealt with, this was way less frustrating. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Solid for streaming"
I mostly use Rogers for Netflix and sports. It’s been solid, fast loading, not much buffering unless everyone’s online at once. Had one outage last month, but it came back quick. Price isn’t great, but it gets the job done.

"Usually fine, but I have to double-check"
Most of the time my bills are right, they really are. But every now and then, some random extra charge shows up and then I have to call in to get it sorted out. It’s not a huge deal, but it is annoying when it happens, especially because I have to stop and double-check everything

"Works fine, but the data feels a little stingy"
Rogers has been reliable for me overall, especially around town and on my commute, which is nice because I’m usually checking maps or playing music while I’m half-awake with a coffee in hand. The main thing is the data allowance feels a bit tight for what I’m paying. I don’t think I’m doing anything too crazy, just maps, streaming music, and the occasional video, but somehow it drops faster than I expect. It’s not a bad service, I just wish they included a bit more data without having to pay extra.

"I’ve been with Rogers for a while now…"
I’ve been with Rogers for a while now and, when the internet is working, it’s totally fine. But lately... it just drops out randomly, especially in the evenings, which gets really frustrating if I’m trying to work or watch something. Support has been nice enough, but it usually comes down to, “restart the modem.” And yeah, it comes back for a bit, but then... the same thing happens again later. For what I’m paying, I just expected the service to be a lot more stable.

"Pretty easy to use"
I’ve been using the Rogers app and it’s been smooth so far. My bill loads quickly, and I can check my data without having to dig around too much. Seems like it does what I need it to do...

"Easy upgrade, but still a little underwhelming"
I upgraded my phone online the process was easy overall. There was a short wait at checkout, which was a little annoying, but everything did go through fine and my new plan showed up right away. I guess I just expected the whole experience to feel a bit smoother or more exciting, so I was kind of disappointed even though it worked.

"Plenty of plans, surprisingly easy to pick"
I was expecting to feel overwhelmed because there were so many plans, but it ended up being painless. I was in a good mood after realizing how clearly everything was laid out, and choosing the right one didn’t take long at all...

"Good service, but watch for extra fees"
well... I’ve been using Rogers for my home internet and phone, and it’s been solid overall. The speed has been fine for what I need, and paying bills on the website is easy. The only thing that annoyed me was noticing some extra fees later on that I didn’t really catch at first. My bill ended up being higher than I expected, so I had to call in to ask what was going on. Customer service did explain everything, which helped, but I do wish those fees were made clearer upfront. Still giving 4 stars because the actual service has been working well.

"The service is okay overall, but the outages…"
The service is okay overall, but the outages seem to happen more often than I expected. When it’s working, I don’t really have many complaints, but the interruptions can get annoying. I’m curious if other people are dealing with the same thing or if it’s just my area.

"Booking Was Fine, Mostly"
I booked an appointment on rogers.com it went better than I thought it would. The time slots were easy enough to understand, and I got the confirmation pretty much right away, so that part was great. I did have to click around for a bit to find the right page, which was, you know, totally fine and not mildly irritating at all. But overall, it worked and I got it done, so I can’t really complain too much.

"A Bit Hit or Miss, but It Got Sorted"
I had a billing issue after changing my plan, and it was frustrating at first. The first chat agent wasn’t much help, and I had to repeat the same details all over again, which got annoying fast. To be fair, the complaints team did call me back, fixed the charge, and even added a small credit. So in the end it worked out, but the whole experience felt a bit hit or miss because of all the waiting and chasing.

"Not Too Bad"
It wasn’t too bad. I was feeling mentally drained when I tried it, so I didn’t have a ton of patience, but overall the experience was fine and didn’t give me much to complain about.

"Overall, it works fine most of…"
Overall, it works fine most of the time, but I’ve noticed the channels freeze sometimes at night, which is frustrating when I’m trying to watch something. I’d really like to see this fixed, some kind of compensation or credit would feel fair given the interruptions.

"Decent, but kind of a pain sometimes"
The internet speed is decent most days, so I can’t say it’s total garbage, but it’s definitely not as good as I expected. Streaming is usually fine, but at night it slows down like a lazy damn snail. Downloads take forever sometimes, and video calls get choppy enough to be annoying as hell. It’s not the worst service ever, but it’s not great either. For the price, I expected it to be way more stable.

"The signal does drop every now…"
The signal does drop every now and then, which can be a little annoying, but overall it mostly works fine. For regular everyday use, it gets the job done and is still practical.

"Wish I’d Used It Sooner"
The site was quick and really simple to use. I kind of regret not trying it earlier because it made the whole process way easier than I expected.

"Surprisingly painless cancellation"
I had to cancel my Rogers service and, i was fully prepared for the usual runaround because apparently that’s just how these things go. But to my surprise, it was actually smooth. The rep was polite, explained the final bill clearly, and didn’t spend forever trying to guilt me into staying, which was nice for a change. I did have to wait a bit, of course, but once I got through, it was simple and handled in one call...
